    Best Electric Cars

If you’re looking for an affordable electric car, look no further than the Nissan Leaf. Available in several models, this car is loaded with standard features and boasts a competitive driving range, even on Plus models. It’s the perfect choice for those who are new to electric cars. For more information, read our review of the Nissan Leaf. We also looked at the Chevrolet Bolt and the BMW i3.

    Audi e-tron

The interior of the Audi e-tron electric car is as cutting-edge as its mechanical underpinnings. The cabin has multiple high-resolution screens and features an Audi digital gauge cluster and two flush-mounted touchscreens in the center of the dashboard. Its seating is comfortable with massaging front seats and a flat floor. The e-tron’s cargo area has 29 cubic feet of space, but can grow to 57 cubic feet when seatbacks are folded flat.

    BMW i3

The BMW i3 is a battery-powered electric car that was introduced in 2014. The base model sold for $42,000 before the tax credit and was available for about $47,000 with a range extender. This add-on included a 2-cylinder gas engine and motorcycle-sized fuel tank. It doubled the mileage to 160 miles, but it was far from a road-trip machine. Charging on a standard 220-volt outlet was surprisingly quick. It was an early model of the i sub-brand, but compared to its hybrid sibling, the i8 sports car, which was being built by GM, the BMW i3 had little in common with the i8.

    Nissan Leaf

The 2023 Nissan Leaf is a good electric car. It is a niche offering, but is comfortable to drive and has an efficient electric powertrain. The cabin is spacious, with good front and rear seats and an easy-to-use infotainment system. It has plenty of standard safety features and a sub-$28k starting price. Its range, however, is limited. The best electric car for you depends on your needs and budget.

    Chevrolet Bolt

The Chevrolet Bolt is a great electric car to drive. The hatchback is fun to drive, and there is surprising space in the back, which means you can fit four adults and three kids in the car. And, because the Chevy Bolt’s batteries are tucked into the floor, you won’t have to worry about bumping into anything. The car’s battery is incredibly efficient, so you can recharge it within nine hours. In addition, the car has a low center of gravity and a fast 0-60-mph dash. You’ll feel the power immediately.

    Ford Mach-E

The Ford Mach-E is an electric car with hybrid and electric capabilities. The Mach-E starts at $42,895, and the base trim comes with a 68-kWh battery pack. With RWD and all-wheel drive, it can go 230 miles on a single charge. It also has a range of 211 miles. The battery is covered under an eight-year, 100,000-mile warranty. Its performance and range are impressive, but a few factors can help it get there.

    Kia EV6

The Kia EV6 is a full-electric sedan, which means it uses electricity to run. It can add about 217 miles of range in about 18 minutes at a 350-kW DC fast-charge station, though this depends on ambient temperatures and other factors. Kia is planning to offer charging credits for its EVs over a three-year period, which equates to about 4,000 miles of driving in a RWD EV6 with a 77.4-kWh battery.
